What is your cancellation policy?

You can easily cancel your subscription at any time using our self serve billing portal – simply navigate to your profile and choose Payments & Billing to make changes to your plan or unsubscribe.

What is your refund policy?

We are able to offer refunds for accounts that have generated fewer than 15 coloring pages through Dream & Color over their lifetime.

Due to the high computational costs we incur on our end during the processing of each image we are only able to offer refunds for accounts that meet this requirement. Refunds must be requested within 14 days of signup, you may request a refund by contacting our team.

Can I sell the coloring pages I create through Dream & Color commercially?

Dream & Color offers a commercial use license with our Professional plan – you may sell the coloring pages & books generated through this plan anywhere online or in person (create coloring pages for etsy, KDP, etc...)

Note: you must hold the rights to the original images uploaded through our service, Dream & Color cannot and will not be held liable for misuse of our service to create and sell coloring pages. You can easily find commercially licensed images through a host of stock photo/image sites.

What do you do with the images I upload?

Dream & Color stores the images you upload on our servers so that we can provide a preview of your color image alongside the coloring page we generate. See our Privacy Policy for more info.

We make it easy to delete any content uploaded to Dream & Color through our web interface.

How many images can I upload at a time while generating custom coloring books?

Currently, Dream & Color allows users to upload up to 6 photos at a time for processing through our online custom coloring book generator. The final coloring pages will be displayed in our editor where you can make tweaks to the lines, preview the full custom coloring book, and export the final PDF for printing at home.
